Talked to one of the department managers, then talked with the hiring manager (HR guy). Department manager went through a set list of questions on a form. Hiring manager was a little more creative with his questions. Typical interview questions: strengths, weakness. They were not behavioral in nature. Ask if you can lift 20 lbs, because the job involves lifting/moving boxes/merchandise.
