I walked into the store to inquire about an application and someone led me to a back office where there were two computers. I was told to fill it out and wait for someone to come and find me. About a half hour later someone found me and interviewed me on the spot.

It was at a Job Fair, before the mall store opened, so it was at a hotel. Very short, direct, and professional. I was asked about questions, and expectations. Called to the store for a 2nd interview( still the store wasn't opened!). Asked about Job History, told then I was hired, that everybody was going to start at same pay rate, about schedules, hours, and that I had to go through a day of training.

small interview. I read in other interviews that they did group interviews but I didn't which was great because I do not like group interviews. He didn't ask hard questions or anything tricky. It was easy and fast.
