JCPenney Visual Specialist interview questions

I contacted the recruiter through linked in. Came in the next day to apply and speak with her. Got another interview for the day after to meet with MEL and Store Manager. Got offered the job by the end of the week.

I applied to the Valley Stream location, but was told I was a better fit for their New York City flagship store. It took a while to get in contact with the right person there, but when I finally did I was able to quickly get an interview, which went very well. They wanted to hire me as a Service Lead Expert for an entire floor in the Manhattan Mall. It was quite a bit of responsibility, but the salary did not reflect that. They were willing to give me their highest starting hourly pay for the position, which was $20 per hour, but it was less than my current job, so I did not take it. Very nice people though.
