The interview lasted only five minutes. I was asked about what constitutes good and bad customer service, my availability, and three other questions. The experience was positive, and I received feedback one week later.

One on one discussion with the manager, who also went over the job and its responsibilities. Lasted around 15 minutes. They said I'd get an offer/rejection within a week no matter if I was successful or not, then only sent a rejection 3 weeks later after sending a survey on their application process.
