One on one discussion with the manager, who also went over the job and its responsibilities. Lasted around 15 minutes. They said I'd get an offer/rejection within a week no matter if I was successful or not, then only sent a rejection 3 weeks later after sending a survey on their application process.

Firstly, they ask about you. And they hand out paper to fill your availability. Mostly asking about teamwork relate questions. And how will you come to work. They check the right to work document.
