I left my CV in store and within a few days got a phone call asking to do an interview in store. I had an early interview and was interviewed by the shop manager. The interview lasted a total of twenty minutes and within a few days I got a phone call asking me to attend an induction.

Interview was roughly 20 minutes, really friendly, not awkward at all, i felt very comfortable, heard back that same day regarding the job vacancy. Set list of questions which isnt very long!

Very unorganised.
I handed in my cv Instore. Got a call back 1 week later. Had to wait 40 mins to be interviewed. When I got into the room to be interviewed he read my cv for the first time there. He didn't have a set of questions to ask me he just went along with the flow
