Very negative experience! The initial interview was a one-way record. I was extremely frustrated because of how dumb the process could be! They asked 3 questions and expected you to answer in 1 minute with detailed examples for 9 times. You can record again unlimited. Took me more time than I should have for a dumb screening. They could have done everything within 15 min through a quick phone call. After that round, I got into the personality assessment round. They gave you a list of personalities (all positive characters). And I got rejected because of the characters I chose?! Overall, the only human interaction I had was an HR call me an hour after noticing me about the record to say that I needed to do the record ASAP within the next 3 hours. Do not recommend!!
