I applied online. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Two hours long - One hour based around the 'reimagine strategy', including a 15 minute presentation on the strategy. Overall this section was very business management related
45 minute behavioural interview - standard questions asking what would you do if certain scenarios happened
No technical or engineering related questions were asked, so there was not enough opportunity to demonstrate technical knowledge in my opinion
Assessment centre - short presentation about how your skills match the company ethos followed up by HR questions regarding conflict management, how do you deal with difficult problems and failure
