I applied online. I interviewed at Jabil (Auburn Hills, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Initial phone screen seemed to center around the actual job description and qualifications that were provided. When I arrived for the on-site interview, the position I seemed to be interviewing for was neither NPI nor medical device. Interviewers were very friendly. Overall, process was very slow, with no communication from Jabil and no feedback provided. Eventually I received an email indicating that they were no longer seeking to fill the role. An unfortunate waste of time for everyone involved.

Question 1
Cookie-cutter interview...tell me about yourself, tell me about a time, etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jabil (Waterford) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process offered a clear overall understanding of the expectations and responsibilities of the position. An initial interview with HR and area lead through Teams call (with technical, comportamental, practical questions including salary review), and second on site with team lead and quality manager (a technical and opened interview). The company looked structured and a nice place to work.
