Just 3 days later, I received an email indicating a sudden change in direction—the management team had decided against proceeding with my application, resulting in an immediate rejection. This sudden shift was not only unexpected but also disheartening. The interview process, which had seemed so promising, ended up being a source of frustration, raising false hopes.
