Pros
Peers: 8.7/10, will drop their own stuff to help you. Onboarding and management: allegedly exist.
Cons
Leadership turnover isn't a phase, it's a lifestyle, C-level included, and nobody's ever bothered explaining why. Bonus points to the new CMO, who upon joining asked how easy it is to fire people, then went on a hiring spree from a company with a 2.8 on Glassdoor [his previous company, go figure] while quietly laying people off here. Cool flex. Decisions drop at the last-minute with zero warning, and if you push back, congratulations, you've just volunteered to be ignored. Management support ranges from “invisible” to “actively self-serving”, with genuine interest in your growth or work landing somewhere near the bottom of the priority list. Onboarding doesn't exist, there's no knowledge base, so hope you like being at the mercy of whichever coworker takes pity on you. Overtime is unpaid and fully expected, because apparently that's just vibes now. Got a minor issue with a colleague? Don't talk to them, escalate it through two layers of management like it's a UN summit. And the "T.E.A.M." culture on every slide? Cute story. Bears zero resemblance to how marketing org at JAGGAER actually runs.
