Long, arduous, and very time-consuming! The process ranged from pleasant conversations to a written assignment, skills assessment, IQ test, and having to prepare a lengthy presentation based on a very vague case study. The VP I met with was very curt. I could tell he did not want to be a part of the process and asked a few personal questions about that could possibly be deemed illegal. He made me very uncomfortable. My takeaway was that they don’t have any internal consensus on what they are looking for and they are not willing to train someone who doesn't check ALL of their boxes.
