I applied one day and then a day later, had a phone screening, 2 questionnaires and a test plan to fill out. This time, it lead to in person interview in a week. I went through 4-5 teams to answer questions. Had to describe how I would test the functionality of a remote control and basically over described my process. It took nearly 3 hours and I didn't even get written back when I told I was supposed to about a decision. What a waste.

Interview
While the interview process was pretty laid back and the questions asked weren't hard, it was long and lengthy. I made it to all interview rounds. First call is with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager, and the last round was TWO HOURS long - speaking with four different people on the team. Seemed pretty lengthy for a junior position. Overall took about 3-4 weeks to go through the entire interview process.
Usual gauntlet style review. Not overly technical. Fairly informal and mostly felt like it was utilized to get a feel of my personality in addition to my experience, as I had fully detailed that on my resume.
