I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jam City in Jan 2021
Interview
Taking a codility test, 1 hr interview with senior then moving on to 5 hrs live coding with senior.
I wait 3 weeks to receive the codility test, the left process was fast, but apparently Jam City HR doesn't do a good fair process to all applicatants.
When you set a date with Jam City for next interview, they canceled the interview berfore the date.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jam City in Dec 2021
Interview
I have applied online and except for some technical difficulties (mixed time-zones) the process was fast and relatively smooth.
First step was standard introductory online call. I expected a call with a HR/recruiter, instead, it was a call with software developer, but it was very nice experience.
Second step was assessment of my analytical skills. I didn't like the experience because:
- the interview was with a third party person who wrote a report about me and sent it to the company so that the company makes decision without even meeting me and without giving me a chance to meet them
- the interviewer was like a robot, asking question after question after question, not doing anything to ease the stress from the interview
- the questions asked, although easy, were brain teasers, proved not to say anything about the candidate
After the second interview they never bothered to contact me. Even after I sent them an email asking about my application status. The least they could do is to inform me that they won't further proceed with interviewing.
