The process began with a 20 minute phone interview with their HR recruiting specialist. The questions mostly covered what is on my resume with some time at the end for any company questions I may have. The next step was a 30 min phone interview with the IT Director. This portion got a little more technical than the first interview. A few days later I was called back by the HR lady who did the first interview to request me to come in for an afternoon of in-person interviews. I was first interviewed by two members of the IT staff who I'd be working most closely with. This was followed by an in-person interview with the IT director I had already interviewed with over the phone.
