Great easy process, hours are just short but it was a nice process. Would go back during seasonal time. Also it did get busy at times. It is nice that everyone plays a part in the store.
It was hard and the questions were not easy every question involved scenario based questions related to your past experiences your strengths and weaknesses and how you reached this job posting and stuff
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at James Avery in Sep 2014
Interview
Asked questions regarding previous experience. I was interviewed by 2 supervisors, which were both extremely nice. Wanted to know my availability, when I told them I went to school full-time, they said they were willing to work with my schedule. Interview lasted about 35 minutes, and offered the position right then and there.
