I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at James Hardie Building Products (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Took three months. Phone interview one. Phone interview with group, two. Then final in-person interview. Long wait for job offer. I was told that I way more experience than my manager, and was offered several managerial roles. I was only looking for a simple entry level sales role with growth opportunities a year from start. Recruiter kept checking-in every week to keep me interested. It was only after i said that I was flat out going to take up another role that I was given the offer.
