Like many other candidates you get ghosted very quickly. After submitting my CV the recruiter called and we chatted for about 15 minutes. They seemed happy and informed me of the recruitment process and who would next interview me. After waiting and waiting and waiting nothing. Even though I have reached out to the recruiter for an update again nothing, reads the emails but cannot take the time to reply, seriously, it take 30 seconds to reply.
It seems JAMF like to waste interviewees time, as reading other reviews this practice has been going on since back to 2017. I'm sure JAMF response will be that they do update their recruitment team with feedback so that things improve. Personally nothing improves and I'm shocked that candidates get treated like this.
Everything seemed standard, interview with HR, interview with hiring manager and then interview with the enterprise Support team.
All interviews went great and I was told I would hear something soon. Instead I've been ghosted by HR and hiring manager. I've reached out multiple times just to hear back even if i didnt receive the position at reply to the candidate who you had 3 interviews with and was very interested in the opportunity.
The lack of communication was terrible. The interview i did get with hiring manager was only told to me hours before and i had to reach out to HR asking if they heard back. Only to be told oh yes they have availability today if you are available. Thank goodness i reached out or i wouldnt have known about it.
I'll never understand why someone can't take 30 seconds to reply "sorry the position has been filled"
