Applied online, gone through OT tests and video interviews, assessment day in Hong Kong office, one-day assessment with several individual interviews with heads of departments and one group debate, followed by individual tests.

why Jardines? which business division would you prefer to work in? Describe yourself? how to handle difficult situations? what business plan and for which division?
There are three main rounds of interview. First is an online test, mainly on behavioural questions. The second one is also an online test but with video response and some quant questions. The last round is a full day assessment centre
The interview process went very smoothly. The interviewer paid great attention to everyone's performance and fair competition. The interviewer was also very friendly and mainly asked some behavioral questions. There is no gender or geographical discrimination.
