If successful after submitting CV, you are invited to take pymetric games, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning and video interview. The pymetric games were quite interesting but I felt they weren't always accurate and if you're good at phone games, you'll probably be good at some of these games.
There are three main rounds of interview. First is an online test, mainly on behavioural questions. The second one is also an online test but with video response and some quant questions. The last round is a full day assessment centre
