After I submitted my cover letter I heard back from them after two weeks to setup a phone interview. Phone interview was fine, though a little awkward. They asked very traditional questions - "What are three words your friends would use to describe you?" - which felt a bit off for a company tries to be comedic / different. I heard back about a week after the phone interview and was told I had moved on to the next section, where they give you 48 hours to fill out a test. It was simple, though because of work / life I was late turning it in and probably didn't do the best job I could have done. Found out about another week later that I didn't make it through to the in-person interviews.

Interview
Took a little over a month from when I first applied. I had a phone interview, followed by a check to make sure the salary I wanted matched what they were willing to give, followed by the audition. I thought I did well on the audition, but a day after turning it in, I was released from the applicant pool with no feedback.
Overall, the people were friendly.

Interview
Phone interview, 2nd quick phone interview to establish salary requirements, audition with a variety of tasks, in-person software test followed by 2 sets of interviews, a second round of interviews. Everyone was very nice throughout the entire process, and HR did a decent job keeping me updated on next steps. Following the second interview there was a background check. No drug test.
