Very laid back process of interviewing, the general manager was very conversational and judged character mostly rather than scripted questions that have no right answers. Laid out responsibilities and pay, training, etc

Incredibly easy, asked little to no questions about past experience. Short staffed location, so it was basically an offer discussion more than an interview. You should ask about daily bread count and number of staff working lunch hours
