Interview
The interview process was quick yet thorough. The managers asked good questions and didn't waste time with those generic interview questions. I was asked whether or not I was looking to move into management/if moving "up the chain" was a goal of mine. They explained the operations of the business and didn't beat around the bush about pay rate and what to expect weekly with tips. The interview process at JM's was a positive one for me.
