Pretty easy for a GM job, the operating partner just talked a lot about their vision for their stores, with minimal questions. Seemed like he knew all he wanted to know from my resume. Tried to ask further questions since he didn't pose many.

They were great will follow up. It helped that I not only filled out an app online, but dropped one off at the store. I had a call back from the district manager within 2 days and and got an in-person interview scheduled.
I was hired as an Assistant Manager. My interview started the moment I stepped in the door. I let The district manager/ interviewer know why I was there and from behind the counter it started. After talking I was taken to the back for a bit more in depth interview.
