Had friend who worked there so it was just to check that I had the capacity to learn the menu and that I would be friendly and outgoing towards customers. Owners were looking for someone who could learn the process and also be relied upon when they weren't around.

I was interviewed by the Manager, then invited to speak to the Franchise owner. after that, I was invited to watch the lunch rush be done to see if I believed I could manage working there. I was then invited to return for training
