I applied through college or university. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
After an initial phone screen, I underwent two rounds of interviews. The first consisted of two interviews with managers one-on-one, and they involved a mixture of standard brain teasers along with basic behavioral questions. I was also asked to complete an hour long assessment, which I knew about beforehand. The entire process took 3 hours. The second round consisted of three separate interviews. Two were with panels of analysts and senior analysts. The third was one-on-one with a manager. There were some brain teasers and fit questions, but this round was a bit more relaxed, and the focus was on allowing me to ask questions about the position and the company. This round took about 2.5 hours total.
