I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jobber in Apr 2024
Interview
Initial phone call with Talent Rep, quick testing of knowledge on company.
Second interview with management team. Friendly, but there was a lot of red flags during the interview. It is one thing to be casual, but another all together to be disingenuously so. I've interviewed a lot, on both sides of the table, and I recognize fake BS social fronts pretty easily.
Quite honestly, I was aged out, too old for their team, so many red flags with comments from the Jobber team.
Unfortunate, but I think I dodged a huge bullet here.

Question 1
Some probing about family which I found inappropriate, divulged their status/kids, etc. early on, this was a red flag.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jobber (Edmonton, AB) in Sep 2019
Interview
Phone call. Asked mostly about relevant experience, why I wanted to work for Jobber and this specific role. Very friendly and open to questions. The interview was tuff because it was one of my first ones fresh out of school, but overall looking back it was positive learning experience, as the interviewer was very kind and answered any questions I had thoroughly.
