It started with a group interview. You have to decide in a group which tasks to do first and make team decisions together and explain why you chose those choices. Then there was a 1-1 interview after which was about 10 minutes long.

group interview where everyone takes notes for 5 mins and then discusses for 20 mins about the conclusion of the scenarios. theres always going to be someone who tries to take the lead which is annoying but u need to make sure you get involved.
