Really straightforward interview process, it was a group interview, with me and 5 other people. Had to do a group activity which took around 20 minutes and an individual activity which took around 20 minutes

Interview
it was a group interview and there were about 23 people and we split up it to 4 groups. First task was individual task, that there were 3 situations and you had to write how you would respond. second one similar 3 tasks again but this time you have solve it in a group discussion. questions were easy.There is a big queue for Waitrose cafe and you know that store is out of stock of ice cream. And screaming child with his/her mum at the back of the queue. What would you do? And another one, "you have been given a few task and you are on your own. There comes person saying they lost their little child and asks for help. and another customer is planning an event with 60 guest and need your help! How would you solve each and which one would you do first.

There’s an online assessment with situation based questions then a group interview and one on one interview too. Group interview they ask you work in a team and either prioritise a list of tasks or list things like 5 factors for the perfect customer experience. One on one interview they ask you more about yourself and previous customer service experience.
