Interview
It's a group interview. Some exercises will assess group dynamics. For example, candidates are given a scenario and then asked situational questions type. Then break up into smaller groups with a Team manager in each group candidates are asked basic interview questions. such as tell me about yourself, give me an example of carrying out multiple tasks, etc.

Phone call discussing scenarios regarding prioritisation of tasks on the shop floor, customer orientation and how well one works with other people. The interview was very friendly. Nothing to be afraid of

Interview
Great Interviewing process, each stage was explained really well to myself and the rest of the group. We were given time to make ourselves comfortable with the task at hand and the group we were working with. Overall the experience was really enjoyable and rewarding.
