Staff informal interview, plant tour, followed by 2 consecutive panel interviews comprised of peers, potential reports and operations personnel. Then a follow-up phone call to clarify some things. The panel interviews were slated for an hour but they both went over a bit. For the most part you had to figure out who was who because the dress code doesn't differentiate much.
