      Pros

      Good 401k- Fidelity very easy to use and utilize They give parties for everything. Free food constantly, even when you mess up

      Cons

      Safety is horrible. Employees bypassing machine guards. Plant Manager is all over the place. Problem with him staying focused thus creating havoc among other managers. The blame came at this place is horrible. Corporate in Denver does nothing to support this plant. Really horrible business practices and model.
