Three interviews. All virtual. All read from script. All the generic questions you would expect. Final interview was on a Monday. They said they would have a decision by end of the week. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I followed up with the recruiter. She said they hired someone internally. Due to the lack of effort with my interviews and never meeting in person, I'm sure they had the person already selected for the position. They just wanted to show they made an effort to look elsewhere.
