Johnson Matthey Graduate Process Engineer interview questions

Overall, it was a very pleasant interview experience. The process included a relaxed phone interview, followed by two technical interviews, and finally, a behavioral/competency interview. The interviewers were friendly, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's operations.

1. Phone interview 2. Remote assessment center 3. In-person interview The phone interview felt redundant as all of the information they asked me about was already on my CV. This wasn't a great start to the process, having to talk them through information they already had.
