Pros

Exposure is ok but slow decision making. Should learn managing ambiguity and change.

Cons

The week i joined there are restructuring meeting happening..if the company has no vision for next 6 months also why are the hiring even in so much of insecurity. union people are not cooperating. High level of job insecurity. HR is very irresponsible and doesnt have human aspect. overall business is in loss. seems to be a big company from outside but inside scenario is different. Outsourcing of roles across functions like finance HR Low salary increments and incentive payouts. no promotion in long-term career growth. Low employee morale and all management is new , survival is difficult.

Pros

Free lunch, if you like undercooked burgers and soggy fish and chips...

Cons

I've NEVER worked in a more incompetent place. No wonder the investors have release a public letter slandering the management. I'm honestly surprised the place is still running. From arrogant directors to lazy team leaders who are never at their desk but instead go upstairs to sleep on the couch or hang around. All two faced and some racist especially towards Indians. Also, clearly favouring women over men. Communication - there is NONE! R&D, Planning, Warehouse, Management, all absolutely clueless on the DAY TO DAY. Conditions - disgusting disregard for long-term health. The air in PAFC is FILLED with cancerous catalyst powders and loud machinery. Washrooms filled with mould. Engineers? More like idioteers. You're better off fixing it yourself. Most of the people are two-faced and not worth befriending. If you are a skilled worker, do yourself a favour and find something that's actually worth your time. None of the workers care about the place, because frankly, the place doesn't care about them, and it shows.

Pros

While the environment is low-stress, the extreme leisure culture ultimately works against your career. The lack of urgency and accountability means works move at a crawl, leading to widespread complacency. If you are looking to stay sharp, push your boundaries, and grow quickly, the slow pace here will likely hold you back

Cons

This company is a sinking ship managed by toxic incompetence and suffocating bureaucratic leadership. The site manager is a deeply egoistic individual with absolutely zero industry experience, offering incredibly weak guidance while hiding behind rigid bureaucracy and constantly jumping to hasty conclusions without bothering to gather proper information. Hard work means nothing here; there is no promotion policy, increments are insultingly low, and rewards are based on corporate politics rather than actual performance. To make matters worse, the company is in a terrible financial state, resulting in frantic restructuring very often. This constant chaos creates massive job uncertainty with zero guarantee on job stability. You will face weak leadership, red tape, financial rot, and constant anxiety. Do not waste your talent here.
