I am confused about seeing these negative reviews on the interview process because my experience was great with JustWorks. Everyone I spoke with was kind and thorough in their questioning and seemed to really care about providing insight and determining if I would be a good fit. Without prior sales experience, this was a daunting set of interviews, but through the process, my anxiety lessened and ended up enjoying the conversations I had.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. There was three steps in the process and they let me know the questions that would be asked in advance to help me prepare better for the interview.

First there is an intital phone screening, then the second round is a brief writing assignment that is straightforward and doesn't take too long, the last round is three different interviews with three different people including a sales role play
