Partner Interview with two senior partners. Partners were absolutely awful at interviewing - both very overly critical and were obiviously not in the mood to be there. Later recieved apology from HR because of their behaviour

HR interview followed by an assessment day, which included a group exercise, verbal reasoning test, presentation etc. Some individuals are then invited back for a partner interview, which takes place with 2 partners from different partners across the firm.

HR exercises followed by partner interviews. All very friendly people but intense interviews aimed at getting you to think on your feet. Interviewers guide you and will question your answers aswell
