I applied online. I interviewed at K&L Gates (New York, NY) in Mar 2013
Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was with Human Resources and the paralegal manager. The second I met with a panel of attorneys. The attorney panel consisted of two associates and four partners and lasted approximately two hours. The process was very efficient and fair. There is a conflict and background check performed.

Question 1
If you were working on a matter that was staffed with various personality types, who would you deal with a more difficult personality
The recruiter who contacted me initially was very nice and professional. The second recruiter who set up the interview was also nice and even the HR manager who performed the very long interview was nice. Then I was ghosted. I inquired later and was told they had decided to go forward with another candidate. 2 weeks later the job is still posted. Fast forward 5 months and they continue to repost it. I sent an email simply saying if the position is still available I'd like to be considered. All of a sudden the posting is removed and I'm ghosted. I think they could have been a little more professional
