First screener interview with one partner in the London office. They were hiring beyond my PQE so was interesting that they wanted to interview me at all. It was essentially a relaxed chat centred on my CV - no surprises. Was impressed that the partner took their time and we overran by 20 minutes discussing a new interesting case.

After that interview I did not hear back for 2 months despite multiple follow ups with the interview coordinator. After 3 months, I was asked to meet with the another partner the practice area.
