I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at K12 (Orange Park, FL) in Jul 2017
Interview
After a general application for one position to the company, I was contacted regarding another position that the company felt I was matched. As this position was at a higher rate and full-time, I was pleased for the consideration. The next step was to complete a problem/solution video recording. The timed recording responses were comprised of SPED specific scenario questions that required me to utilize not only my trained but my educational experience to answer the imaginary scenes for the video. The video was then submitted for review by a panel to be advance for the next level of a phone interview.
