Interview process was appropriate and relatively easy. I was contacted within the estimated timeframe and extended an offer. After bringing up concern about job security with a project based company, I was reassured that this was not a common concern. Within two weeks of my start date, enough time to begin paying for and organizing my move, the offer was withdrawn due to project constraints. I do not think this was ethical and would be weary if given an offer.

Interview
Phone call with human resources and then with direct manager. Going over past experiences and what a normal day at work would look like. Overall great experience, loved working here.
It was a CV and cover letter followed by a few online tests. Once passed, you are invited for an assessment centre which is a full day. KBR cover all expenses however you do need to pay for everything up front before getting expensed. Assessment centre was very casual and very well timed / spaced out during the day. There is short ice breaker where everyone gets to know everyone else followed by a few presentations in the morning. Lunch is provided and after lunch you give a short presentation, complete a group exercise and go through a technical and competency interview.
