Applied on their website, then received and email to schedule a phone interview. It changed to a Zoom panel interview and was requested to be 15 minutes earlier. Had the panel interview that lasted 40 minutes. Heard back two days later with an update by email. Questions were challenging and interesting, however, there was no structure and seemed like randomly placed. Panel interview structure and questions made me feel uncomfortable overall and I think both could feel it was not a good fit.
