I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at KKR
Interview
Several interviews with team members and a model round. They ghosted after that and didn’t give any communication on what the outcome was - quite unexpected given their repute. Spent a lot of time visiting their offices inspite of unreasonable time expectations
Two 30 minute interviews and a super day with two back to back interviews. Everyone I spoke to was freindly and put a big emphasis on finding a cultural fit. The technical questions were expected and no curve balls.

Question 1
What differentiates KKR from other comepting firms?
Challenging but fair. If you have good understanding coming in you'll be fine (but need to know concepts not memorized answers). I'd prioritize having a general understanding of the market as well.
