The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPA (New York, NY)
Interview
The phone interviewer was 20 minutes late so I called her directly. She apologized and began the interview, but she was constantly distracted by Skype messages while we were talking. At one point, I gave a detailed answer to a question and there was no response. After 10 seconds she said "sorry, I was reading a message." The hiring manager then called me a few days later and I did decide to come in for an interview because she was not the same person on the phone interview and I hoped for more professionalism. To my surprise, the hiring manager was wearing jeans with massive holes in the knee area and sat in the most unwelcoming, relaxed position I could imagine. After meeting with her for an hour, I was interviewed by the VP and then by another associate on the team.
