I filled out an application and was contacted a week later. The recruiter was incredible and attentive, he set up a face to face interview not long after our conversation. I interview with a director and a supervisor and they were very calm and really made an effort to make sure I felt like the position for my goals and vice versa. Shortly after the interview, which was via zoom, a face to face interview was set up. The face to face interview was amazing and really gave me an opportunity to earn the position by way of showcasing my skills via a presentation. This was an amazing experience and shortly after this, I got to speak to the VP and was sent an offer not long after. All around the most efficient and transparent interview process I've ever experienced.
