Interview
Started off with a typical recruiter phone screen. Then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. If you pass that stage they give you a coding challenge that is supposed to only take 2 hours, with a deadline of a few days. It tool me much longer, and I ended up turning it in unfinished. Heard a few days later that the position had been filled, so the effort I put in was basically wasted.
