1. online test
2. virtual interviews including case studies
3. assessment centre: started with a group case study and presentation, and ended with a 1V1 interview with a senior manager
It involves 3 stages: the application, an online assessment with case studies of business that you are meant to analyse and choose responses based on the options provided, a one-way-video interview, and an assessment stage.
First stage was an online application with basic information, next was online tests which were emailed immediately after submission. If you pass them then you get an invitation for a Video interview -> Assessment Centre
