I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (Mumbai) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was good. everything was carried out in a good manner with no loopholes.
One day interview process. I liked it a lot. First the briefing session, then test, then another test then interview then another interview
The interviewer began by explaining the team, its responsibilities, the projects they were working on, and the overall team culture. They also briefly described what they were looking for in a candidate and what it would be like to work on the team. Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions rather than technical ones, with follow-up questions to better understand my past experiences and decision-making process.

Question 1
It has been about two years since my interview, so I do not remember the specific questions. But I remember that the behavioral questions felt a bit more serious than in my other interview experiences. My interviewer had a very calm and serious demeanor, which may have contributed to that impression. Based on conversations with others, the experience seems to vary depending on the interviewer you are assigned.
KPMG held a launchpad event involving an assessment centre, followed by an interview with a senior manager or partner. The interviews were held in a large room with many others having their interviews at the same time.
