3. Psychometric and cognitive assessment
4. Written assessment
Given options for topics related to leadership.
5. Group interview
A case study was given, advising Board about a proposal of investment in FnB industry. Split into groups and had 15 minutes discussion, 10 minutes presentation and 10 minutes QnA.
6. Individual interview
1-1 session with the HOD
Overall, it was a great session. They evaluated you more in the group interview, I think. Ensure you knew what you stand in the case study, had adequate general knowledge and articulate presentation skill. Because I think it is much easier for the interviewees to compare performance between the candidates. The session was enjoyable and no pressure, more like a career discussion. Showed wonderful professionalism and candidates can asked anything to them. Was very transparent and open.
Apt Test into two rounds of interview.
First one focuses on some general questions about yourself and whether you understand the nature of the job.
Second one focuses more on my CV and how my previous work could link to this job.
3 stages in one day interview, lasted 3 hours. Group case study, written assessment, and an individual interview. Smooth process. Good experience with the HR manager or intern handling the session
