Long waiting time between comms. However overall the recruitment process included submission of application, to online assessment, and then proceeded straight into an assessment centre after a month without updates. The assessment centre experience was quick but a good experience nonetheless to explore the head office and vicinity.

Question 1
General interview style questions with an emphasis on STAR responses. Was slightly more conversational. They ask you to introduce you, your background, motivations, hobbies, etc. Also asked about a time you demonstrated leadership, or solved a difficult problem.
Interviewers were friendly, and took the time to go through the interview process and introduce themselves before starting with questions. The questions were reasonable. They asked probing questions after each of my answers.

Very standard and situational judgement task. They asked questions with two interviewers, star method used and then there was an opportunity to ask questions as well. The interviewers were all very nice and it was a good experience.
